This stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom designer home offers an expansive 1,850 sqft of living space with 10 foot ceilings throughout, perfect for both relaxation and entertaining. The home is decorated with new furnishings, bedding and linens. Plantation Shutters add that touch of coastal charm.

Living Area: A bright and open-concept living room, 10 foot ceilings, with comfortable seating, a flat-screen Smart TV, and plenty of natural light. We have board games and card games for your use and enjoyment.

Bedrooms: This retreat features 2 spacious bedrooms, each designed for comfort and a restful night's sleep. The primary suite includes a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and plenty of closet space with separate his and hers closets. The second bedroom is equally cozy with a queen size bed, ideal for guests or family.

Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms with bidets, stocked with fresh towels and all the essentials for your stay including complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer in each room.

Dedicated office Space/Sunroom Seating: An additional living area is located at the back of the house on the rear sunporch which has plenty of seating and beautiful natural light with a dedicated office space. The sunroom has black out shades and a separate AC unit to make sure your are comfortable while enjoying the space. A small book shelf contains several award winning authors to enjoy.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: With its beautifully upgraded kitchen, featuring sleek corian countertops and modern stainless steel appliances, you’ll enjoy every moment spent cooking and dining in style. The kitchen is stocked and has a coffee/tea/cocoa station, toaster, blender, crockpot and rice cooker. Everything you need to prepare delicious meals is provided. The eat in dining area provides ample seating for meals, games, or casual conversation at the breakfast nook or the counter seating area.

Dining: The Dining room has a sideboard buffet with snacks upon your arrival and a large dining table that seats 6. This room also has a cocktail bar to enjoy the cocktail of your choice.

Outdoor Space: Relax on the back lanai and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while taking in the peaceful surroundings.

Laundry: Indoor laundry room with new washer and dryer.

Garage & Parking: A private garage with space for your vehicle and a golf cart.

Bookings for January, February and March are subject to a month minimum due to high season unless other arrangements are agreed upon. Any other time during the year, the minimum stay is 7 days.

We can only guarantee early check-in or late check-out on the arrival or departure day. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, we recommend booking an additional day to ensure we can accommodate your request.

Door Code/Check-in information: We will send the door code to you on the morning of your arrival date. This is to prevent unauthorized early check-ins, provide our guests checking out the same day privacy & security, and ensure our cleaners aren't interrupted.

Gate Access: You can push the red button at the gate and the gate will open.

Community Perks: Resident IDs: You will need resident ids if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. With the purchase of an ID, you will have access to free Executive and discounted Champion golf courses, swimming pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and various recreation centers within The Villages. Also included are park trails, archery, family and adult pools, air gun range, and many more! IDs cost $50 each (Only two are allowed per The Villages rules.) However, once you have your resident IDs, you can request guest passes for other guests in your group. Upon picking up your IDs, you will pay the fees ( cash or check ) to The Villages. After you receive your Resident ID(s) you can go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for the other member(s) of your group. Pick-up will be at the Sumter Landing Sales and Information office. I will need the following information no later than 3 days before arrival for Resident IDs: Full names, phone numbers, DOB, email addresses, and home addresses.We will need to know at the time of booking if you would like Resident Guest ID or Temporary Guest ID. They are open 7 days a week.

Location to Amenities:
Lake Sumter Square is less than 3 miles away with beautiful boardwalk views along Lake Sumter, live music every evening 5-9pm, the Old Mill Playhouse movie theater, and a variety of boutiques and restaurants.

Spanish Springs is less than 3 miles away with a Spanish theme and great restaurants to dine at.

We are also close to grocery stores including Super Walmart, Publix, Winn Dixie and Aldi. Shopping is nearby at Home Goods, TjMaxx, Marshalls, Belk, Bealls and Target along with many sit down and fast food dining options .

We are only .3 miles from Tierra Del Sol Executive Golf Course, Country Club Bar & Grill, Theater in the Round, and popular adult pool and 1.7 miles from Rio Grande family pool.

Other things to know:
 -No smoking on the premises. There is a $500 charge for smoking in/on the property.
- As much as we love pets, we have a NO PET policy. This is to ensure consideration for all guests who have allergies.
- No parties allowed; however, The Villages offers many spaces in recreation centers to throw a gathering!
- Use of the golf cart is at your own risk. No one under the age of 16 without a driver's license is allowed to operate.

Travel Insurance: We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover you in the event of illness, flight delays/cancellations, etc. Hurricane season in Florida is from June 1-November 30; we cannot refund for trips interrupted by hurricanes or weather. We have a strict cancelation policy.

Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox is not accessible by guests. Amazon packages are often put into the mailboxes, we suggest sending your amazon packages to an amazon locker or a PO box you purchased. We are not responsible for any mail or packages. 

Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired, maintained, or damaged during your stay, please inform us at your first opportunity. We are very responsive and quick to resolve any issues for our guests.
