The house features an open concept so the kitchen, dining, and living areas are all open to each other. The comfortable living room features a 65" smart TV. Numerous framed artwork of the area's attractions are found throughout the house. The Bedrooms are themed after the three Villages town squares. The Primary bedroom is named the Lake Sumter Suite. It has a King size bed, 55" Smart TV, and is located in the back of the home with views of the pool and lake. The front bedroom is the Spanish Square Suite and also has a King size bed. The third bedroom is named the Brown Paddock Suite and has a queen size Murphy Bed and built-in desk. Your home away from home has everything including a washer and dryer, and WI-FI access. The screened pool area and patio is a great space for outdoor living with lounge chairs and a table with umbrella. The back yard faces west - ideal for taking in the beautiful Florida sunsets. Self check-in via smart lock with a private entry code. Guests will have the entire house to enjoy, including a two-car garage and 4 person golf cart! My friends Debbie and Steve will be your hosts while in The Villages, and they will help you with any needs during your visit. We recently installed a pool heater to work in conjunction with the solar panels. There are two sets of golf clubs in the garage that are available for use. Lifestyle ID's are available for the length of your stay. These ID's will allow you to use all the amenities that the villages has to offer such as Executive Golf Courses, Recreation Centers, Community Pools, etc. The cost is $50 for your party. We do not allow smoking in the house. Pool service comes typically on Tuesdays and will need access to clean the pool. There are security cameras in the front and the rear of the property, as well as in the garage to facilitate the remote garage door opener. There are NO cameras located inside the house.
