Enjoy a delightful stay in this peaceful 2 bedrooms house in The Villages. The unit is equipped with AC, Wifi, coffee maker, bean grinder, air fryer, toaster, ceiling fans and 2 fridges, one in the kitchen and the other in the garage. Large open kitchen with Pantry and seating for two at the island.

The spacious larger rooms with an open plan living dining area, all laminate floors or tile, no carpet, 3 solar tubes bring in extra lighting. Fully furnished, leather living room sofa and ottomans, 65" tv.

The master bedroom features queen size orthopedic mattress with multi positional adjustments, adjustable lifting headrests, lifting knee rest and foot rest, and foot massage feature, 50" smart tv, and 2 closets. The master bath features a walk in shower with seat, cabinets for storage as well as custom glass shelving, large dual back lit mirrors.

The relaxing guest bedroom has a queen size luxurious bed and It includes all household necessities and bath linens. There is a safe box built into the guest closet with a key to protect your valuables and keep them safe.

Washer/dryer closet inside. A 2 car garage also has 2 doors including a screen garage door.

Pets: We only allow less then 30 lbs small-medium size dogs for a pet fee $150. If you have a large dog, pease inquire and provide information about your pet; exceptions may be approved with a security deposit and an extra fee. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets (hair, poo, etc.). Pets are not allowed to be left unattended in the lanai, bird cage,garage, or yard.


Features regular garage door, screened garage door also, full wall of floor to ceiling custom cabinets, additional fridge. Exterior areas include a glassed/screened in Florida room and a large birdcage, (screened out door room) and barbecue grill.
You pay $500 when you book your reservation as a damage deposit and it will be refunded after checkout if there is no damage.
