"Check in was easy and very clean place. The WiFi worked perfect and having a fridge helped a lot. The location was great and we were close to everything being on the east side. The best part was it was a 2 minute walk to the beach to sit and relax and listen to the waves. I would recommend people to stay here and I would definitely stay again. "

There is AC in the bedroom if you leave the door open, It will sort of cool off the living area as well, which was nice because it was a little warmer than usual the week we were here with a high humidity!I don’t think for the price you could beat the location or the amenities. Owner was always responsive and if we come back, we’d stay here again. Had some great amenities even beach chairs, which we didn’t need, but it’s great to see them there. Nice cooking...

"The room is as described and the photos are accurate. It is very close to the pool and beach. Much of the stuff you would need for a day on the beach are on the patio: chairs, small cooler, boogies boards, snorkel equip, etc. The owners were very communicative and detailed with instructions. "This resort property is ideally located near Kapa’a, convenient to a grocery store, numerous dining options and beaches. The grounds are well kept, the pool is lovely with its waterslides and lagoon sand-bottom hot tubs. The beach is pretty with chaise lounges and Adirondack chairs for use. However, it is a rocky beach and waves/current are strong and not ideal for swimming or snorkeling. "Everything was quite nice. There were just a few things that needed to be attended to. The coffee maker had no light showing that it was on or off and we can’t home to a burnt pot/burner second the toilet paper holder was not fastened to the wall and small things like molding around door jams were completely broken. The place was beautiful, but I think the owner may need to inspect The facility and not just take the cleaning person saying it is fine. All that said, I would definitely stay there...
