Our trip started on a rough note when we arrived late in the evening to find the unit had not been cleaned—dirty beds, no clean towels, leftover food, dirty dishes, etc. Fortunately, our host was extremely responsive and had a cleaning crew on-site quickly. "Amenities at the resort were excellent - tennis courts, pool and private beach. Resort is located in a beautiful part of Princeville, with gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. "

"We enjoyed our stay. We started out with 8 bath towels and only 4 beach towels. We left behind 4 beach towels we purchased. The washer needs repair. In the spin cycle it sounds like a jet engine and is very loud. The toaster does not work. The electrical system is somewhat sketchy, the lights flickering at times. A vacuum cleaner would have been helpful.We enjoyed using the boogey boards and chairs, thank you. We like the host, we have rented for three weeks over the past three months...

"Asked for just a little late checkout ( from 10 am to 11am) and it was refused even after many requests. Owner said that he needed the 6 hours to prepare the tiny condo to another guests. Anyway, we left at 10 but returned 10:45 to pick up a bag we forgot. I was expecting to see people cleaning the condo. Surprised to see nobody there yet. Owner missed the chance to be kind. One tip: get a hard copy of the address and directions because 4G/5G doesn’t work in the area. As for the rest, all great!"

"Host was very responsive, making the check in and out process really easy. Room looked exactly like in the photos. But I wish the sofa bed was thick and that the attachments were not rusted. So whoever stays on the sofa bed may be a little uncomfortable, but everything else was clean and lovely. Also appreciated that the unit we were staying in has a washer and dryer for my clothes! You get a great view of the ocean and a visit from the local chickens which makes for a lively time."

"Host was great about providing timely info. The property has a wonderful laid back vibe and is within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Beach access is a short walk to the main lawn and then onto an outstanding beach. The property has a wonderful Breakfast Cafe as well. Our unit was very comfortable with everything you would need."

"very well stocked with everything including kleenex and shower products . lovely and comfortable outdoor area, comfortable beds, beach equipment , coolers and towels in excellent condition and a plus to have available . Grilling area, grounds and gardens were very clean and well maintained , so many beautiful flowers everywhere."
