"Kimberlee’s condo was perfect for our time on the north shore. The studio is comfortable and well-appointed with everything needed for beach days and spending time exploring Kauai’s beauty. Kimberlee is also a fantastic host: incredibly helpful and responsive. Its so easy to recommend as a place for a couple to stay while visiting Kauai. "

"The studio is in a great Location, not only the resort is beautiful, in front of the beach, with some shops and restaurants around but also Wailua is in the center of the island, easy to go to any direction. The studio is very confortable and charming. I think it can have some small improvements, but it was a very good stay. (The hair driyer was not workig, and a kettle for tea drinkers would be nice)"

"This place was a great location. It was located on the east shore, so going north or south was very easy and not that far. There is a shopping center across the way for food and grocery. Right behind the place is the beach that you can go to anytime. Be beach at anytime you want. "

"Great centralized location in Wailua right on the ocean. Beach next door, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby walking distance. We rented bikes for the week with excellent scenic riding in both directions with the 5 mile bike path nearby.The unit itself is beautifully newly renovated with much of the local monkeypod woodwork personally crafted and installed by the owner, Luke.
