Located in a charming village in northern Aveyron, at an altitude of 765 meters, this 150 m² character house, designed to accommodate up to 8 people, invites you to relax on 1300 m² of wooded and fenced grounds, offering privacy and tranquility.



The first floor features a large 70 m² living room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a convivial lounge area, as well as two bedrooms, a shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find two further bedrooms, including a master suite with private bathroom and WC. Bed linen and towels are included.



Amenities include laundry facilities, widescreen TV, landline telephone, internet box, and numerous appliances: American fridge, microwave, mini-oven, fan-assisted oven, Nespresso coffee maker, deep fryer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.



Outside, enjoy garden furniture and a gas barbecue. You can also enjoy the fruits of the many fruit trees in our garden. The house is heated by a central heating system and a wood-burning insert, guaranteeing optimum comfort in all seasons.



Lacroix-Barrez, nestled in the north of Aveyron, is a picturesque village with breathtaking views over the Truyère gorges and the Aubrac plateau. This historic little town, dominated by the ruins of the Château de Valon, is the ideal starting point for discovering the region's natural and cultural treasures: strolling along green paths, visiting listed villages such as Conques, or sampling local specialities at nearby farms and markets. An authentic place, ideal for relaxation and outdoor activities.
