"The staff were professional and friendly. Beds were comfy, room clean. The breakfast was basic, but good. I forgot my jacket in the room, called them, and they already had it put aside ready for pickup. Would stay again!"

"The staff I met at check-in was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I like having a room with the door to the outside, and my car parked directly in front of the room. Super easy place to have my dog, with lots of green space and an easy walk to a park. Great place if you just want a clean, comfortable, affordable place to stay. I didn't try their breakfast bar. "

"I really appreciated that I could charge my electric car overnight (L1 charger) from the many electrical outlets along the parking area. "

"My room had a weird scent then I saw a hole under the sink, which I believe that goes to the sewers. Other than that, the room served its purpose."

"É uma cidade que não é grande mas tudo fica distante, este hotel esta ao lado de um dos shoppings da cidade. Isso nos possibilito ir ao shopping a pé e passeamos por lá. \É um hotel simples mas o importante , limpo , cama boa e lençóis de boa qualidade, organizado e o staff muito gentil e disposto a nos ajudar, sempre com sorriso no rosto . Sem contar que o wifi funciona bem demais. Gostamos muito."

"Front desk receptionists were very friendly, but my check in was not that smooth. I had to wait over an hour before entering my room after checking in. When I finally entered my room, it smelled like stinky socks! I noticed the sofa was visibly stained (maybe that's where the smell came from). Being claustrophobic, I like to open all the curtains so natural light can come in, but I couldn't because all the windows were boxed in where neighbors can see each other. At night, it was very noisy...

"The front staff (William) was absolutely amazing! We had an issue with the AC in one of our rooms and he was professional and so helpful! The rooms were very clean, the hot-tub did have some peeling, and there are no USB ports in the room (bring an adapter)."

"Convenient location, clean, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff. Didn't use anything from their loaner program, but it's cool that they have things like blenders and small electrics you can borrow for the kitchenettes. The kids loved the pool. The adults preferred to hang in the lobby where it was quiet."

"it is an old building with old rooms. the bed was clean and comfortable, the towels were very nice , the shower was wonderful and the price was right. the staff were nice and prompt with what we needed."

"Older property, given there are newer hotels in the area, would definitely choose differently as the cost was more. Pool is small and I wish it was self serve for their breakfast."
