Experienced an issue with shower, their cleaning made the surface very slick like it been oiled. Slipped and fell in shower. Gave 24 hour notice I would be checking out due to personal issue. Was told I would loose one night stay. I told them issue was due to I fell in shower and hurt shoulder. I have called to get appointment back home. Still told no credit and will be...

"The staff was wonderful and the room was clean but the air conditioner was not working in our room. They did transfer us once we told them there was a problem. "

"Honestly had a great stay here. The room was clean, everything worked well, and it was nice and quiet at night. The location near Lackland AFB was super convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. For the price, I was really impressed. Would definitely stay here again."

"The staff was very kind to work with. I unfortunately the property itself is the underwhelming part. They do have a pool but it isn't clean at all, the room itself was not bad. There were two dogs that tried to attack me and my family if we walked a certain direction. But it was affordable:)"

"The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. "

Viajando con hijos es realmente útil tener un refrigerador grande, estufa y microondas. me volvería a hospedar sin duda 🤗🤗🤗"
