Relax in this spacious home with sleeping for 10 comfortably, play a game of pool, read a book in the sun room, watch the deer roam through the woods , your vacation starts here with memories to be made.
The home offers 4 bedrooms on ground level and a large common area on the lower level that sleeps 4, with pool table for your entertainment. ALL LINENS PROVIDED.

Masthope’s many amenities include tennis courts, basketball courts, a bocce ball court, a restaurant & bar, racquetball courts, a beach house, playgrounds, pool, cross-country ski trail, horseback riding trails, volleyball court, horseshoe pit, ATV riding trails, Remembrance Park, River Park, a convenience market/deli, petting zoo, common lodge area, property owners lounge, game room, fitness center, and motor boating available on Westcolang Lake.
This home is set back from the road, with great privacy, located a quick half mile from Westcolang lake and 3 miles from Big Bear ski Lodge.
Take a ride to Hawley, 30 minute drive or Honesdale 35 minute drive where you can antique shop, stroll in the town or enjoy a wonderful meal in any of the town restaurants.

Lower level common area : 2 twin trundle beds (sleeps 4)

A paper towel, toilet paper rolls and hand soap will be provided. Please bring own toiletries, and garbage bags. You have to take the trash with you when you leave or you will be charged $25 per bag extra that you leave behind. The trash has to be thrown out at the compactor, located at the Lodge.

Pets allowed at owners discretion

The house has video surveillance on exterior only. We appreciate your respect of our property and expect to find it as received upon your departure.

For any damage or obvious misuse of the property, security deposit will be held.
Guest passes for amenity use can be purchased from the community office for $7 a day per person, which enables lake, pool and all amenity usage.
