"The room was fine and staff were friendly. The building could use touching up on peeling paint. I booked for a hot tub and was informed the hot tub was broken down and unusable. It was very disappointing. The bed however was very comfortable. They could use a channel guide for tv in room. Overall good value for money"

"The staff were friendly. I had an issue with housekeeping. The bed linen needed to be changed on one bed. I stripped the bed and left the dirty linen in the floor prior to leaving the room. When I returned with my family later in the evening, the dirty linen was still in the floor. I was told at the front desk that house keeping only replaces towels. I was given clean sheets to make up the bed myself in effort to rectify this situation."

"Booked because it had such high ratings. But then the sign on the outside part of the building was out, the lobby had a huge shipment of boxes in it and the mop and bucket with stinky pine cleaner was in the middle of the lobby floor. But the worst part was our room. First, the clerk put us in a room near the breakfast area, so I asked for one further away. She put us on the second floor, which was very nice of her, but when we got off the elevator, you could tell there was no air-conditioning...

"HORRIBLE PARKING. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE FINE PRINT. PARKING WAS $18 A NIGHT IN A PARKING DECK NOT CONNECTED TO THE HOTEL. VERY INCONVIENIENT. THE DECK HAD PUBLIC PARKING FOR $5 FOR ANYONE ELSE. I WOULD HAVE DONE THAT IF I'D KNOWN. BREAKFAST BAR WAS ADEQUATE. NO DRINKS AVAILABLE OTHER THAN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND WATER TO BUY IN SNACK AREA. I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN."
