"La Sérénité Marivaloise" – Gîte 2 for up to 12 guests

Gîte 2 "La Sérénité Marivaloise" (sleeps 12) is part of a charming property in Lacapelle-Marival, between Figeac and Rocamadour, overlooking a tree-filled garden of about 1,000 m². A round pool (approx. 4.5 m diameter, available July and August) and outdoor facilities complete the setting.



The 130 m² gîte features, on the ground floor, a dining room with kitchen, a bedroom with 4 beds, a lounge area, and a bathroom with WC. Upstairs: a play/living area, a bedroom (4 beds), a bathroom with WC, and three sleeping areas.



Nearby, you’ll find shops such as a bakery, pharmacy, doctor, dentist, brasseries, and a restaurant. Within an hour’s drive, many tourist and leisure sites are accessible: the Gouffre de Padirac, several castles, villages ranked among the most beautiful in France (Cardaillac, Autoire, Loubressac, Capdenac, Carennac, Martel), the sacred city of Rocamadour, the medieval city of Figeac, Collonges-la-Rouge, Cahors, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, the caves of Pech Merle and Presque, as well as animal parks and outdoor activities like treetop adventure courses, canoeing on the Dordogne, Célé, or Lot rivers, and numerous hiking and mountain biking trails.



Full end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen (beds made), and towels are available for an extra fee. Electricity and water charges are payable at the end of your stay according to usage. A surcharge for central heating applies from October 15 to May 15.
