In the laundry room on the first floor you have washing machine and dryer, as well as a second fridge freezer.
The air conditioning is independently adjustable per room.
Children can go swimming in the supervised swimming area, 20m from the house.

There is also a bus stop to go to or from Bordeaux at 50M
Lively during the day, the place is very quiet in the evening and you can take advantage of the terraces upstairs and the meeting place for lunch and dinner in peace.

Bed linen and towel rental is possible at the price of €20/room for two people.
End of stay cleaning is €250, but you can also do the cleaning which will be checked at check-out.
