Set in a traditional Landes villa full of character, the offered apartment is an independent unit resulting from the division of Villa Etchola into two distinct parts. Fully renovated in 2014, it elegantly combines traditional architecture with a contemporary touch, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.



Its unique layout—with adjoining rooms, cozy alcoves, and open spaces—makes it a sociable place, especially suited for families. The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests and includes:
