This beautiful villa park is located in a green and natural environment and offers five different types of homes. All types are detached villas; they are very luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. For instance, they have a fireplace in the living room, a luxury kitchen with dishwasher and appliances, a covered patio, washer and dryer, covered parking and a very large garden with a large private pool. The size of the garden ranges from 1200 to 2600 m². The five types are categorized as follows. First of all we have the FR-33680-20. This type is suitable for 4-6 people and is entirely on one level. There is also the FR-33680-17. This villa is suitable for 6-8 people. In addition there's the FR-33680-18. This type is suitable for 8-10 people. Then there is also the FR-33680-19. This spacious villa is all on one level and suitable for 8-10 people. The garden of the villa is adjacent to the golf course. And finally there is the FR-33680-21. This type is suitable for 10-12 people.
Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. The arrangement of beds (sleeping places, separate beds or double beds) depends on the owner and cannot be determined beforehand.
