"A beautiful peaceful countryside stay by the forest, I would love to go again but sadly the receptionist lady's behaviour was strange the way she looked at us, like we're not welcomed I love travelling and I visited over twenty countries but never happened this before. I'm not complaining but this is unusual specially on four star hotels."
"Cosy room. Very spacious bathroom with an excellent shower. Friendly staff and nice selection of channels on TV. Elevator and easy parking across the road.The only problem was the mattress which was not straight/flat... so I woke up with back pain. Luckily it was just one night. The rest was excellent but the quality of the bed must be everything for a hotel......"
"Lovely hotel high up on the mountain side with an amazing view of the valley and Luxembourg on the other side of the river. The breakfast buffet was hardy and delicious, and the dinner one of the best I had in Europe! The natural setting was breathtaking. The infinity pool on the bottom floor has a great view of the valley, as well. The town had some fun places to explore, and it is just a short drive to Echternach on the Luxembourg side, which has a courthouse originally built by Charlemagne....

"Hotel der egner sig perfekt til en enkelt overnatning hvor man er på vej fra A til B. Værelserne er af ældre dato men velholdte og rene. Bedste bruser på hele rejsen. Fra værelset var der hyggelig udsigt til græssende limousinekøer og brasseriet var indrettet sjovt med gamle effekter fra Esso. Personalet var kompetente og venlige."

"This hotel cannot be classified as excellent, the facilities are quite old and unmaintained and the staff is not very professional, because they do not provide the minimum information you should receive in a hotel, like breakfast time and place, etc. The room was very cold because a window was left open behind the curtain and the heater took a long time to start to warm the large room a little bit. As we telephoned to say that we will be arriving by 9 p.m., they could have closed the room window...
"O hotel tem uma estrutura simples. O elevador não funcionou em nenhum dos 3 dias que estive em Trier. Apesar de ficar próximo da estação ferroviária é preciso dar uma boa volta para chegar no hotel (+ de 1 km). São pouco lugares para comer por perto. Fica a 20 minutos de caminhada do centro histórico de Trier. As roupa de banho poderia ser de melhor qualidade."
