"Great place to stay and also have a meal. Beautiful setting and very comfortable rooms. Service was hit and miss, depending who was working. Overall a very good experience."
"We stayed one night in the chapel in room 1 downstairs, room spacious, clean and tidy. Bed was really comfy and good selection of tea/coffee and biscuits. No view from the widow but plenty of light and you can use the communal area if you wanted more space. Breakfast across the road at the Erskine arms was very good, a good choice and good service, we also had our evening meal there which was really good, husband enjoyed the cask ales. Easy walk to shops and the quay, the Liverpool arms along...
"The staff were excellent. The rooms were lovely and spacious. We had a dog friendly room which was really lovely. The food was delicious, the hotel is centrally positioned in Conwy. I would highly recommend a stay at this Hotel. We will return again the near future."
"Lovely hotel, nice big rooms and clean. Staff very friendly. Food in bar and breakfast was excellent. Only gripe was charging a extra £25 pp to use leisure facilities. This is only issue that lets hotel down. Guests shouldn’t be charged extra to use facilities. It was free before 9am or after 5.15pm but this just meant it was way too busy at these times and kinda spoilt experience. "
"From start to finish, our stay at Ioxora Hotel was exceptional. Parking was excellent and the well kept surroundings created a great first impression. "We had the private suit with bunk beds and it was just right for us. The room itself was small but it served its purpose for what we needed - a clean place to sleep and shower, because we were not in the room that much. What we really loved about YHA was the great customer service, the location, the cleanliness and sustainability of the hostel, the big communal area with lots of dining tables, sofas, great views, a bar and kitchen if you wanted to buy something or alternatively the kitchen...

"It was approx 15 mins walk to the main town of Llandudno, was clean and tidy and had a big bathroom, our room had a bathroom on a lower level so had to go down a few stairs. Unsure if other rooms had more accessable bathrooms but worth asking if your not very mobile.
Lovely breakfast but asked for it for 8am and got there at 8 but a bit slow on the service and received breakfast at 8:50.
All in all a very nice stay with friendly staff and clean and well presented rooms."
"The staff at this hotel are so so good they are do friendly and helpful always ready to.help Chris the manager and his team are just fab. The breakfast is gorgeous all fresh and always hot, the starter cold food is excellent there is eide selection of fruit, cold meats, local cheese and pastries, selections of ams, honey, selection of 3 juices and flavoured teas and cereals there really is a great selection to choose from.
