"I was very disappointed to see the condition of the room upon checking in. The fabric on both of the chairs in the room was heavily stained and had spots of matted dirt. The walls near the bathroom had spots of some type of sticky substance in several areas. I went to grab a quick shower and the first towel I grabbed had a large blueish stain that went through the fabric.
