On the first floor there is a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms with bathrooms and 2 balconies. Every room is air-conditioned, which means 8 air-conditioning units are in the house. Each living room and bedroom has SAT TV and the whole house is covered with Wi-Fi signal. Summer kitchen also has fully equipped kitchen.
Outside, of course, the large swimming pool of the property invites you to jump into the cool water. Garden and barbecue facilities as well as parking on the property are also available.
