The beautiful Villa Vizzani is located on the eastern coast of Istria, not far from the town of Labin. This newly renovated authentic Istrian house is a perfect example of a combination of modern and traditional architecture, with an interior design that exudes the warmth of a rustic and the comfort of urban living. This charming house offers ideal accommodation for six people, with the possibility of accommodation of seven people if needed. It consists of two beautiful bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds that can be joined if necessary. There are three modern bathrooms and one separate toilet. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a beautiful living room. What makes this beauty an ideal place to relax outside of the summer season is a beautiful glazed fireplace, which gives a special atmosphere of home and warmth. The whole area is air conditioned, equipped with wireless internet, cable TV and all necessary household appliances that you might need for a complete holiday.



Enjoy the beautiful covered veranda, with a beautiful lounge furniture and a large dining set that will allow you to stay outdoors all day and on warm evenings. In the fully fenced yard there is a cautiously maintained lawn and an outdoor pool surrounded by deck chairs, where you can truly relax your body and soul while enjoying the view of the surrounding nature that surrounds the villa.



Pool heating is available with an extra charge of 200€ on request in April, May, and October. For other periods, pool heating is possible for an additional fee, the temperature of the pool water depends on the weather.
