The villa is a private house with 2 floors, lounge / kitchen / dining area and guest toilet on the ground floor and 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and a shower room with jacuzzi on the first floor.

The area is full of vineyards and the beautiful landscape is only 4 km from the sea, ideal for long walks or bike rides.
The beautiful pebbly beaches of the town of Rabac are 4 km away, Enjoy your holiday with activities: water skiing, sailing, snorkeling or diving, jet skiing, sailing or day trips to the many islands. Other sports such as tennis and horseback riding are also possible on site.
The promenade in Rabac is over three kilometers long and is very good for strolling. Especially in the evening, when everything is lit, it is nice to always walk along the water. There are a lot of smaller shops and souvenir shops there. You can eat very well in "Due Fratelli" (on the way from Labin / Ripenda to Rabac and in the village there are 2 restaurants which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. In Alt Labin there is also a very good pizzeria, which also offers free home delivery.

There is also a great hiking trail that leads from Labin to Rabac. If you're comfortable and looking around a bit, then I would estimate about 60 to 90 minutes.

In Rabac you can use any beach without paying admission.

For snorkeling, Sv. Marina in any case. First, from the area and secondly, because there is a German-speaking diving school. The beach is of course also good for swimming.
