The house extends over two floors and offers space for up to 8 people in four bedrooms, all with double beds, wardrobe, and blackout options. Two modern bathrooms with shower, WC, bidet, and cosmetic mirror provide additional comfort. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. In the dining and living area, an eight-person dining table, SAT-TV, corner sofa, coffee table, hi-fi system, and air conditioning are available.



The house offers two balconies, an open and a covered terrace, a private outdoor pool, a summer kitchen with a grill, and a courtyard. Two private parking spaces are available. In the outdoor area, there is a sun terrace, sun loungers, parasols, and shaded areas, ideal for relaxation or shared activities.
