Casa Zamarija is a holiday home for 7 people with a swimming pool in a very quiet location near Labin.

This house is a typical Istrian stone house, renovated with a lot of attention and creativity, and every detail is a real little work of art. Labin is only 3 km away, while Rabac and numerous well-kept beaches are 6 km away. In the spacious garden, guests can enjoy a swimming pool with hydro massage and children's pool, sun loungers for sunbathing, a covered summer kitchen with a wood fireplace, an outdoor shower and several parking spaces. The house is surrounded by greenery and is ideal for a relaxing holiday in absolute peace.

Casa Zamarija consists of a ground floor where there is a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor of the house there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The air conditioning for the rooms on the first floor is located in the hallway. Two rooms have a double bed and one room has three beds. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
