I would recommend bringing a fan to help sleep to drown out the HotTub and HVAC turning on at night, luckily I carry one with me. "Wonderful host! Beautiful campsite! Clean Port-a-potty, with 2-ply toilet tissue! Awning over a picnic table for a nice dinner, there's a grill, fire ring, wood supplied and chairs. We camped at "Big D's Pond", one of his two camping sites. The only drawback is that there's no place to wash/clean up. "Hippie baths" All in all, you will not be disappointed!"

It felt like it was a cabin used frequently by a family with many things in various state of needing repair. I had to fix two light fixtures to get them to work and I had to pound down nails in the floorboards that would otherwise cut our feet. Floors and cabinets seem to be partially updated but not fully (e.g missing handles or sections of floor still bare plywood). ...
