Southern Utah Road Trip
After staying at so many motels, it was nice to have a full kitchen and cook some home-cooked meals plus wash our clothes. It was a bit of a drive to get to Zion, but not too bad

Trip to Zion
Needed a quiet, comfortable place to stay after our visit to Zion. This place was perfect! Certainly enjoyed sitting out front in the evening watching the beautiful sunset. Not into the crowds found in Springdale or St. George's. Great grocery store nearby. Highly recommend.

Cozy house, beautiful view
We enjoyed staying here. The view out the front door every morning was beautiful. It was close to everything, but still very private. We love southern Utah and would definitely stay here in the future.

So clean!
We enjoyed our stay in this very clean little house! Close to Zion. Appreciated the very well stocked kitchen to cook a couple of meals, otherwise hit local places to eat and shopped at the local grocery store. Also appreciated the washer and dryer!

Great stay near Zion
Loved our time here- amazing Mountain Views, the house itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you’d need, with a great island. It was an easy drive to Zion, very convenient as it’s also close to coffee shop, gas station, grocery store etc. Thank you for hosting!

AWESOME LOCATION
Beautiful location and view! Never had a question that wasn't answered by host. There were sugguestions of restaurants and attractions, so if there was any question you had a reputable suggestion available. Would recommend to anyone to stay here!

Winter Holiday
We had a fantastic stay at the condo. The condo was exactly like the online pictures and description. It was extremely clean, the washer/dryer were great, the host was most helpful and got back to my requests and texts immediately. The condo had all the appliances, kitchen items, lots of bedding and was in a nice quiet location but within walking distance of a great coffee shop. We would definitely try and book this condo again and certainly tell our friends about it.

Very clean welcoming house
Tastefully decorated and comfortable. Well organized. Great views. Almost felt like being in your own home--we looked forward to returning after a long day. And Eileen was very helpful.

Enjoyed it!
A very clean house with comfortable beds, a huge master bathroom, and the most organized kitchen ever! It is very private and yet easily accessible. We walked to dinner both nights we were there (El Rancho and Stagecoach Grille - both yummy) and enjoyed seeing pastures with a colt, donkeys, a mini-horse, goats, an alpaca, and ducks in someone's front yard. The children in this area are all so friendly, greeting us when we walked past them. Maybe it's a Utah thing? The hosts provided welcome instructions for everything, including a photo of how to use the TV remote! Yay!

Beautiful Views
My wife and I had a wonderful time at the home. Our intention was to return to Zion national park a second day, but instead we enjoyed the views of the mountains on the front porch which are amazing. The house is very clean and well furnished. Definitely a very comfortable place to stay.

I have stayed in a lot of home rentals - this was one of the cleanest! It was very comfortable and had plenty of room for 3 adults! Conveniently located and also quiet!

Perfect Getaway!
House was very clean and everything was provided to make our stay an enjoyable one. If we had any questions they got right back with us and made our stay one of the bests we have ever experienced while renting a home! Have absolutely zero complaints at all, couldn’t have been happier! Very nice small town and quiet area to relax at after a long day hiking! 10/10 no doubt! Cozy Clean Convenient
Enjoyed our stay! Clean, nicely stocked & maintained property in great location near Zion (25 min drive). Elaine was very responsive to anything needed. The early morning neighborhood rooster crows are less noticeable in the back bedroom.

Perfect place for us
The location was great in a quiet residential neighborhood but close to multiple restaurants and stores. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our group of 3 (one couple and one single). It was a good launching pad to go into Zion National Park and to explore wider in the area as well. Eileen was responsive to the couple of questions we had.

Our first visit to Utah
It was all we expected and then some. The views from front window and patio allowed us to enjoy sunset and the lot was spacious with easy in and parking. The lay out and set up was great. We had plenty of space and all the things we needed to make our 3 night stay perfect. The hostess was great with communication and even allowed us early check in. Yes we spent most of our days in Zion but had both breakfast and one dinner in using the appliances. These were all new and top notch. If back this way again we will certainly stay.

This place is a gem!!
Excellent stay! The place was so nice and homey and great to come back to after a day of exploring! And speaking of, it's a great location near near Zion National Park. The owners provided everything we needed: bedding, kitchenware, hiking equipment, coolers, etc. When we come back to visit Zion again, we are staying here!

Great vacation
Great place to stay. Close to Zion and other parks, restaurants, and grocery stores. We drove 20-30 mins to Zion, sand dunes state park, and quail lake. Highly recommend ebiking Zion, sand boarding/sledding in sand dunes state park, and stand up paddle boarding in quail lake.

Great home base in between adventures.
Comfortable home to rest and refresh between hiking and biking adventures. Kitchen was well stocked, home had everything we needed. Eileen was very responsive and attentive to our needs. View from front of the house is stunning, nice private setting. Location is fair, central to several of the parks but not a lot of restaurants, etc. close and some areas of the neighborhood are a bit run down. Roosters next door were unexpected and kinda quaint, didn’t bother us but may be an annoyance to someone wanting to sleep in. Overall a great stay :)

Great Location for Zion National Park
Nestled in the foothills of Zion National Park. Beautiful scenery over looking Southern Utah from our front door. Description of property was right on target. Close to all Parks and La Verkin was a great town with places to eat and grocery shopping. It was quiet at night with soft beds, washer and dryer, nice kitchen, bedrooms, living room and bathrooms. My friends and Spouse and I agree it was the best choice for our vacation. We especially enjoyed waking up to the roosters in the area. We will be back next time we come to Utah.

We loved our two nights here, so convenient for our plans - one day in Zion, and one day to Bryce Canyon. Handy to a supermarket, and fabulous sunset views. Only one problem, we wished we could have stayed longer. We will certainly look for this listing next time we are in the area

Lovely Home In A Magnificent Location
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spotlessly clean, well-equipped home which rests literally right at the foot of the beautiful mountain scenery. We felt right at home here. We appreciated the fact that the property was so close to the sights we were here to see, and the fact that it was also located near fine restaurants, coffee houses and--of course--Zion National Park. Eileen, our host, was so great at communication--before and during our stay. She provided all necessary information promptly and courteously, and answered any questions we might have had quickly as well. We would highly recommend this beautiful, pristine home to anyone interested in staying in this area.

Zion Home Base
Eileen & Gary’s home was immaculate, very tastefully decorated, cozy after a full day at Zion, with beautiful sunset views from the outdoor patio. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with all the comforts of home including quiet and peaceful evenings. Wonderful hosts who communicated very well with us to ensure an easy check-in and check-out process. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Great home base for our Zion visit
We had a great stay at this home. Everything was as described, very clean and comfortable. The home was quiet and a relaxing place to come back to at the end of our day exploring Zion. It is about a 30 minute easy drive to the park entrance. Home well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of restaurants and store options close to home. Eileen was incredibly responsive and went over the top to help me out. Fully recommend.

Great place, great value, great host
Great place to stay for a great price with a great host! I would stay again or recommend others here. The only reason I put 4 stars for the check-in process was that the electronic lock turned out to be low on battery--which had us initially locked out, but Eileen our host was very quick to respond and help us get in and also quick to come change the batteries for us. I just had one suggestion--and maybe it's just me not being able to find it. I suggest a broom in case of spills on the floor. I think I only noticed because we went on a hiking trip and I didn't want to track dirt around. Otherwise the place was very, very clean when we arrived, I just wanted to make sure I didn't leave a mess.

Ah-mazing!
My boyfriend and I were traveling to Springdale to visit the Zion National Park and Eileen’s home was super accommodating! It had everything you could think of for kitchen supplies! The location was superb and the views in the morning were beautiful! After some long hot days at Zion, it was such a relief coming home to a cozy place. Eileen was excellent about communicating and made the check in and out process super easy! If we ever get the opportunity to return to Zion we will 100% be reaching out to Eileen to see if we can stay in her wonderful home!

Great Zion Visit
First of all, the view from this home is awesome! This was our first visit to southern Utah and it was an easy drive to the south entrance of Zion. Great Stay at La Verkin
The house location is very close to Zion (~25min) and not too far from Bryce either. It could be served as a good base to visit various NPs. House was very spacious with plenty of amenities. It was very clean, AC was strong, water pressure was good, with a lot of personal touches by the owner. It also has a very open view as it sits at the highest points in that area. Highly recommended.
