This magnificent villa is arranged as follows:
- on the ground floor: a living room with kitchen opening onto the terrace, 1 suite with two beds, one 140 cm and one 90 cm, a second suite with a 160 cm bed. Each of these rooms is equipped with an Italian shower and WC.

- upstairs: the master suite with a 180 cm double bed and a 90 cm bed, a bathroom with WC and Italian shower and a balcony with a view of the pool and the sea.

- Outside: a 20m x 3m swimming corridor with alarm, an outside shower, a barbecue, a terrace with several sitting areas and a sea access.

The ideal location of this townhouse will allow you to be close to amenities (banks, fruit and vegetable market, mini-markets, clothes shops, etc.) and to discover the North Atlantic of Martinique.
Known for being one of the best surfing spots in the Caribbean, Trinidad is best known for the Caravelle Peninsula. Take advantage of being in the area to discover its nature reserve by following the marked trails. Take the time to visit the Caravelle Lighthouse for its exceptional view and the ruins of the Dubuc Castle to learn about the history of the 18th century sugar houses. Visit also the unique sugar factory, the Galion, which is undoubtedly one of the great places of culture and history of Martinique.
Nearby, the white sandy beaches of Tartane are waiting for you for a good nap in the shade of its coconut trees.

At the exit of the airport, follow the direction towards Robert / Trinité. Cross the bridge. At the stop sign, turn left. At the third traffic circle, turn right towards Robert / Trinité.

After 13.1 km, you arrive in Robert. Cross the town in the direction of Trinité. Continue straight ahead. After 7.6 km, you arrive at a big traffic circle. Follow the direction of Trinité, then continue straight ahead in the direction of the village of Trinité.

Approximately 1 km further on the main street of the commune: Rue Joseph Lagrossillière, you will see on your left the covered market of Trinité, the villa is 100 m further on the right, just beside the sub-prefecture. The villa has a wooden facade, here you are!
