The house is located in the heart of the village of La Tremblade, 150 m from the market, in a very quiet street (possibility to park easily). It has an area of 125 m2 and can comfortably accommodate 10 people (6 adults and 4 children). It was completely renovated in 2019. It is organized as follows:
On the first floor:
- A beautiful living space with an open kitchen, a dining room and a living room
- A scullery and a laundry room
- A toilet and a shower for returning from the beach
Upstairs:
- Two bedrooms with a 160 cm bed with private shower room
- A bedroom with a 160 cm bed
- A children's bedroom with 4 beds, 2 of which are on the mezzanine
- A bathroom,
- A toilet
The garden:
- A terrace of 50 m2
- A kitchen area with fridge, plancha and barbecue
- A secure swimming pool of 6 m/3 m heated
The first beach is located in Ronce les bains, the seaside part of La Tremblade, 5 minutes from the house.
Our animal friends are not allowed
Rental simply in July and August and from Saturday to Saturday
