The cottage "La Côte d'Argent" 169m2, is a former hotel located in the heart of the seaside resort of Ronce-les-Bains, 50 meters walk from the beach.
The accommodations are close to all amenities (bakery, pharmacy, bike shop, casino, restaurants).
An outdoor terrace of 17m2.
A fully equipped kitchen.
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms, one of which is adjoining with a bunk bed, the bedrooms each have a bathroom and toilet.

Pods are available for laundry and dishwasher.
A travel cot and high chair are available in the apartment.
Fiber optic wifi and TV.
Deposit of 1500€.

The accommodation capacity of the cottage for adults is maximum for 10.
The bunk beds are exclusively for children.

1 welcome kit is available on arrival (1 roll of toilet paper in each toilet, 2 dish towels, 1 sponge).
Toilet paper is not provided for the entire stay.

Bed linen provided and included in the service.

Towels can be made available for an amount of €10/towel to be paid on site.

The accommodations are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
There are steps to go up to the bedrooms and to access the accommodation.
There is no toilet or bathroom on the first floor.
