You can also enjoy numerous activities, as the seaside resort of La Tranche-sur-Mer is labelled "Family Plus" and ensures that many entertainments are offered. Furthermore, during the months of July and August, a bus passes 200 m from the house to drop you off free of charge on the beach or in the centre of La Tranche-sur-Mer (shuttles approximately every 15 minutes).



This warm house has a terrace in front of the house, the ideal place to relax whilst reading a book whilst sipping fresh juice, or to prepare and enjoy delicious skewers and grilled food at the barbecue. On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker and Dolce Gusto coffee maker. This opens onto the dining room, where you can share a meal with family or friends around a large convivial table. The comfortable lounge, with its coloured walls, is the ideal place to relax in front of the television.
