La maison des marées - ref. 107

Recently renovated house just 500 m from La Grière beach.



On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with separate WC. The living area opens onto a large south-facing terrace furnished with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a plancha grill. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, a lounge with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with separate WC, and a balcony. The rental is spread over two levels, with access between floors via an external staircase.



A large garden allows parking for 2 to 3 cars and trailers.



The accommodation is carefully prepared; please treat it with respect. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided as an option for an extra charge. Even if you select the cleaning service, please follow a few rules: leave the house tidy, wash, dry, and put away dishes (the dishwasher must be empty), clean the hob and plancha, and take out all rubbish and waste.



Check-in is between 3 pm and 6 pm. You will be welcomed at the agency for key collection and rental instructions. Late arrivals are possible via a key box system; please contact the manager through the booking platform.



Parties are strictly forbidden.



Pets are allowed under certain conditions and for an extra charge; please contact the manager via the booking platform.



Only household waste should be placed in the bins and taken out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be disposed of in the town’s recycling containers.
