Fully renovated, Villa Balaou can accommodate up to 12 guests, with the option of hosting 2 additional people in the independent bedroom located in the pool house (by the swimming pool).

The house features 6 main bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all.

🌴 Relaxation Area & Pool House

Set on a 1,100 m² landscaped plot, Villa Balaou offers:

-Several sunny or shaded terraces under the pine trees.
-A heated swimming pool (10 × 5 m) and a jacuzzi.
-Sun loungers and outdoor lounge furniture.
-A fully equipped summer kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, gas plancha, and charcoal barbecue.
-A large dining table under a covered terrace by the pool, plus another at the front of the villa.
-Outdoor shower and WC.

💡 The pool is heated from mid-May to mid-September, depending on weather conditions.
For stays of less than one week as well as from January to April, the jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of €300. Please specify this at the time of booking.

👉 The pool house also includes an independent bedroom, comfortably accommodating two additional guests. (+42€)

🚗 Parking

The property offers several parking options:
-3 to 4 private parking spaces in the courtyard or garage.
-Free street parking in front of the house.

💳 Security Deposit

A €4,200 deposit is required for the rental.
It is managed through the secure Swikly platform, via a credit card pre-authorization (no charge or hold).
Within 7 days after your departure, and subject to a satisfactory inspection, the operation is automatically canceled.

🤝 Guest Welcome

Solène, your local expert, will personally welcome you upon arrival and show you around the villa.
She will remain available throughout your stay to assist with concierge services such as bike or boat rentals, restaurant recommendations, private chef, babysitting, or local activities.
