Perched on a rocky hill 40 meters above the sea, backed by the Cap-Sicié massif and its 5000 hectares of natural reserve for hiking or cycling, the last house in a dead end, you benefit from absolute tranquility, 300 days of sunshine a year, an incredible view of the Mediterranean and a a lighted and heated infinity pool and its hot tub at the same temperature as the pool facing an exceptional panorama. An outdoor lounge completes the pool area for memorable aperitif evenings. Additional privilege, the property has its own access to the sea and its rocks by a furnished staircase.

All the rooms of this perfectly equipped villa of 215m² and furnished with simplicity and harmony are oriented South-East or East. They open onto terraces overlooking the pine trees and the petanque ground (for unforgettable evenings in good mood) and enjoy the panoramic view of the sea, with the peninsula of Saint Mandrier, the bay of Toulon and its mountains in the distance. All the rooms of the house are equipped with Air Conditioning.

The 4 bedrooms on the first floor, two of which are of good size, benefit from an incredible sea view and large closets. Four bathrooms and four toilets complete the comfort of this haven of peace. On the ground floor, an additional north-facing room is available on request and can accommodate 2 to 3 additional people. Downstairs, the large room hosts an open kitchen, the dining room, the living room, the TV corner and the office with an IMac. A large terrace with a sizable table for meals, BBQ and sun loungers complete the equipment of this paradise.

For nature lovers and sports enthusiasts, you can access the marked paths of Cap-Sicié and the Janas forest on foot or by bike, a massif preserved and closed to cars from June to September. For young and old, the secure Fabregas beach is 200 meters from the villa, with its two restaurant huts open seasonally, Le Cabanon also renting sea kayaks and paddleboards.

Around Fabregas beach, you can also walk to a quality family pizzeria, as well as a gourmet shellfish and fish restaurant (Chez Daniel and Julia). Both are open year round.

Finally, Fabregas is also renowned for its Hippocampe diving school. The proximity of Bandol, Sanary and Toulon offers many other marine, cultural and sporting activities.

Baou Blue can be rented from mid-April to the end of September, minimum two weeks, arrival after 4pm on Saturday and departure before 11am (rooms to be vacated by 10am). The pool is operational from April to the end of September. The hot tub and pool heating system are operational from June, with a temperature of 25 degrees "guaranteed" until mid-September. Please note that in Winter, Spring and Automn, the pool and hot tub water is cold.

We prefer to welcome families and friends who are looking for conviviality, nature and quietness. Due to its configuration, the house is not suitable for children under 6 years old and not rented for parties. At the end of your stay, it has to be given back clean and tidy. Instructions will be given at the beginning of your stay.
