Bright & Breezy Beachside Home in Saint Martin

Our home is just two steps from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, with views over Friar’s Bay and the natural pond, a haven for birdwatching and spotting endemic species. Quiet and peaceful, it’s the perfect setting to relax, recharge, and enjoy island life.

The home is very spacious and feels more like a house than an apartment. It offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a shower and another with a wonderful bathtub under a skylight), plus two separate WCs and plenty of storage space, ideal for longer stays. The kitchen is designed for people who love to cook, with top-quality appliances, gadgets, and everything you need to prepare memorable meals at home. Guests also have a paddle board to enjoy the calm waters just a 1 minute walk away.
