"First time in New Orleans, for a downtown experience. Quiet , traffic free area but still local enough for easy access to the French Quarter and casino. Comfortable beds and roomy shower, plus a hot tub that was perfect for the evening with complete privacy. The host, Damon was very responsive and prompt with taking care of the trash pickup issue, which was at no fault to him, it was the city. He was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for providing such a cozy place!"

"We arrived on a Thursday and Karen was prepared for us with coffee and creamer so the morning could start perfectly. We did the WW II museum and that is fascinating and should be on everyone’s list to see. It will take 2 days to see it all. The convenience of the property location to everything, Bourbon St, Jackson Square and tons of good restaurants was a big bonus. We would definitely stay again. The gated parking felt so good knowing our car was in a safe place and out of harms way."
