Completely renovated in 2024 by a renowned Italian architect, this minimalist, modern villa is nestled in the heart of the exclusive Casa de Campo Resort on the breathtaking southern coast of the Dominican Republic. VILLA RULES
1- A small pet is allowed in the villa only upon request.

2- Events:
Events may be allowed upon request.

3- Use of the golf cart:
The use of the three golf carts is free of charge.

Due to unpleasant events caused by disrespectful, rude and irresponsible guests, we are forced to put some rules:

Guests are welcome to use the three golf carts provided, but must return them in the same condition in which they were received. Any damage caused during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest.
To use the three golf carts, guests must leave:
• a refundable deposit of $ 300 upon check-out.

Use of the golf cart implies full acceptance of these conditions.

For safety reasons, it is forbidden to use the property's vehicles (the three golf carts) under the influence of alcohol or substances. Driving is reserved for sober and responsible people.

- Before your arrival you will have to sign a civil liability release document for the use of the swimming pool, jacuzzi and the three golf carts.
