BEDROOM LAYOUT (ALL UNDER SPLIT UNIT AC CONTROL):

(Bedroom 1 exists in a private building that also has its own living room/movie room and office space - all under AC).
-Bedroom 2: 1 king bed, 1 couch, en suite full bath with indoor/outdoor shower, private toilet (frosted door), walk-in cedar closet. *has a safe*
-Bedroom 3: 1 king bed, en suite full bath with indoor enclosed toilet, outdoor shower (step down), dual closets with shelving and hanging space.
-Bedroom 4: 1 king bed, 1 couch, en suite full bath with indoor enclosed toilet, outdoor shower (step down), dual closets with shelving and hanging space.
-Bedroom 5*: 2 king beds, 1 living room with smart TV, walk-in cedar closet.
-Bedroom 6*: 2 king beds, 1 standard crib with traditional crib mattress (no crib sheets provided), wardrobe closet with shelving and hanging space.
*Bedroom 5 & 6 share 1 full bathroom with dual vanities, dual shower heads, and 1 toilet. Bedrooms 5 & 6 are *downstairs* directly underneath bedrooms 3 & 4.

KITCHEN/DINING: Chef’s kitchen equipped with commercial, state-of-the-art appliances, including 10-burner vulcan stove, hibachi flat top, deep fryer, air fryer, coffee station, sous chef prep area, walk-in dry storage and pantries, as well as a commercial refrigerator and freezer.
-Dining table with seating for 12 guests and 4 additional barstools at the counter
-Outdoor BBQ grilling station with outdoor seating for 8 people (additional high-top outdoor seating for 6 people can be moved over for additional space).

INDOOR LIVING AREAS:
-The main living area is fully under AC with smart TV and surround sound movie theater speakers, full bar, and dining for 6 guests. *We have a "take some / replace some" alcohol policy - you are welcome to enjoy what is left out for you and please consider replacing for the next guests to enjoy as well!*
-Second living area is also fully under AC and located off of the master suite with smart TV and surround sound speakers.
-Third living area is also under AC and located in bedroom 5 with smart TV.

STAFF:
3 full time staff who work 8am-5pm daily (unless otherwise requested); 1 housekeeper, 1 cook, and 1 butler. 1 part time gardener who works 3 days per week. Services include daily personal laundry, meal prep and serve, bartending services, gardening, villa maintenance, etc. Preparation of both breakfast and lunch included as part of the basic service (renter supplies food), with dinner service available at additional cost (USD$50 for their taxi home after employee transportation ends).
Behind the main kitchen is attached full maid’s quarters with bedroom (single twin bed), bathroom, laundry with 2 sets of washers and dryers, and full kitchen with private entry from front of villa.

LOCATION/VILLA ADDRESS: LOS TAMARINDOS 6
Two-minute walk on the path to the La Romana Country Club, less than five-minute golf cart ride to Playa Minitas and Minitas Beach Club (also walkable distance - less than 1 mile!). Complete access to all resort facilities, a well-stocked grocery and liquor store in the Marina, all hotel pools and restaurants, movie theater, tennis courts, and much more. Centrally located in the heart of Casa de Campo (see map).

RESORT FEE: Not included in the nightly rate is a resort fee charged per day by Casa de Campo for use of resort amenities and payment is collected upon arrival to the resort on the day of your check-in.

Per person, per night current rates are:
$30/adult (ages 13 and older)
$15/child (between the ages of 4-12 years old)
Free: children under 4 years of age

This is unrelated to the booking with the owner of this property and is paid directly to Casa de Campo upon arrival to the resort. Thank you for your understanding.
