The first floor boasts a kitchen, full bathroom, dining area, and large living area with glass doors that take you to the terrace. The large terrace has an open view of the garden and golf course! The living area has a sofa bed that sleeps up to two people.

The second floor has 2 bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, armoir, private bathroom, desk and large windows with a beautiful garden view. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, closet and bathroom adjacent to it. The second floor also has a lounge area with seating and a sofa that sleeps up to two people. Both bedrooms and the lounge area have Smart TVs.

Guests will have access to the entire unit, the gym, the pool reserved for guests at Los Altos, Playa Minitas (beach), the pools at Playa Minitas, La Marina, Altos de Chavon, and the Casa de Campo Hotel bar and pool.

**** Because Los Altos Apartments are part of the Casa de Campo resort complex, there is a $25 resort fee per person per day that must be paid to the Casa de Campo resort upon check-in.**** This fee provides you with access to all the aforementioned places.

This property listing comes with a house-keeper/cook who will be there from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm to tidy up and cook breakfast/lunch as per your request with the following requirements:
a) provide a list and $$ for the housekeeper to go and shop for groceries ($50 service fee)
OR
b) shop for groceries at the local supermarket yourself.
**The housekeeper does not work on Sunday**

EXTENDED STAYS:
We offer special rates for extended stays.

30 days- $6500 dollars.
approx. $217 per night.
Electricity would be additional and billed on actual.

For 45 days- $9000 total
approx. $200 per night.
Electricity would be additional and billed on actual.

For 60 days- $11,700
approx. $195 per night.
Electricity would be additional and billed on actual.

We would then need to make a contract with the resort to arrange payment for electricity.
