    OUR HOME IS CLOSE TO MINITAS BEACH AND ALL THE AMENITIES CASA DE CAMPO OFFERS, AS IT IS LOCATED AT THE CENTER OF THE RESORT.
    PARADISE FOR GOLFERS AND THE WHOLE FAMILY!!


    Las Toronjas 1 is a uniquely designed, airy and opened to nature villa. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and coconut trees overlooking the 10th hole of La Romana Country Club Golf Course, designed by Pete Dye, at Casa de Campo, La Romana. Strategically located, Las Toronjas 1 is just a few minutes away from Minitas Beach, the Marina, Altos de Chavon, the main hotel facilities, and three other golf courses including the famous Pete Dye design Teeth Of The Dog.

    As you enter this open space villa you’ll enjoy the greenery and warmth of the indoor garden surrounded by bedrooms, living room, studio, gazebo, swimming pool and heated jacuzzi – all these areas enjoy the spectacular view of the fairway and green of the 10th hole.

    The home has 4 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms. One queen bed in master bedroom, one king bed in second bedroom and in room 3 and 4 each one has 2 queen size beds. All four bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, Smart TVs, safe deposit boxes and full bathrooms. The studio, as well, has air conditioning, a 65" Smart TV. The living room has a 30 ft. high ceiling, hosts 2 dining tables that each seats 12; and opens up with six wooden sliding doors, to a view over the deck and swimming pool, towards the golf course. The gazebo is located between the pool and indoor courtyard with a living area and a dining table that seats ten, facing the green of the 10th hole.

    We have a 3 member staff: butler (sleeps in a facility outside the villa), cook and housekeeper till 5:00 p.m. Breakfast and lunch are prepared daily at the request of our guests. Daily cleaning, linens and towels are included with the rental. Dinner, personal ironing and laundry can be provided at a nominal fee to be arranged directly with the staff, as can be arranged with any other services our guests might need.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this property! My Favorite Place

My fifth visit to Casa de Campo. It is really like no other place with the beauty and warm waters of the Carribean combined with an active 7000 acre gated community with many top restaurants concerts and events going on. You can stay for a month and find something new and interesting do do every day. Toronjas 1 is a perfect house right in the center of it all.

Beautiful Home

We went to Casa de Campo for 1 week with our kids. House had been remodeled and it is in pristine conditions. Home is big and spacious, with a big central garden with the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The ambiance of the house is very peaceful and it incorporates nature. Communication with the host was direct, easy and quick to respond. We loved this house and hope to go back in the future.

Beautiful home and wonderful vacation

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful villa! Hilda helped every step of the way to help arrange transportation and patiently answered all our questions. Ivan and Sileni were amazing! Quite Relaxing Stay

Property and staff were great. Selini did a excellent job cooking. We cancelled a dinner reservation to stay in and enjoy the grilled steaks she made one night. Hilda was super easy to communicate with - and very organized. Would stay again for sure.

Excellent Stay

We had the absolute best stay and a perfect relaxing time in this property on the golf course.The house is perfect. Beautiful finishes, impeccably clean, very comfortable. The food was great, Sileni the chef made some of the best food we've had. The staff, Ivan and Nana were so helpful and took great care of us. The communication with Hilda, the owner, was easy and she was very helpful with all the details from the renting of the golf cart, the pickup and drop-off to the airport and everything in between. 100% will go back and highly recommend!

Family Vacation at Toronjas 1

We had a phenomenal time at Casa de Campo and loved staying at Toronjas 1. The house was centrally located and sits right on a beautiful hole of the La Romana Country Club Golf Course. Hilda, the property owner, was so thorough in all her communications and in helping us set everything up in order to have a wonderful vacation. In addition, the staff at the house were fantastic, helpful and cooked some incredible meals. I highly recommend staying this property and we plan to return in the future.

Heaven at Casa de Campo!

Hilda's property is vacation perfection! Its luscious green gardens around the pool deck made us spend as much time as possible outside, which we needed as a family from chilly New York. The house and grounds are beautifully maintained, and the staff made sure that we felt comfortable and cared for every minute of our stay. We are back home now and missing our lazy poolside afternoons and delicious homemade breakfasts and lunches at Toronjas 1. We will be back to this beautiful home! 5/5!

We decided, rather last minute, to spend a long weekend at Casa de Campo. Hilda, the property manager for Toronjas 1, was fantastic from start to finish. Very Relaxing Stay in the DR!

We had heard of the Casa de Campo community and Hilda's property checked all of the boxes for us. The house was so airy and comfortable. Hilda was amazing at helping us line up golf carts for our stay, dinner reservations, and grocery delivery. We stayed in the villa with 4 children under the age of 12 and everyone truly enjoyed the property and the amenities that Case de Campo has to offer. Ivan and Selina who take care of the property and cook were just so welcoming and friendly. We would love to stay here again!

A Merry Christmas

Despite an illness that spread among a few family members during our visit, all were delighted with the house and staff! Hilda was very communicative before our visit and always responsive. The staff were very accommodating to our variable schedule - and always preparing delicious dishes and smoothies with the groceries we bought. The house is open with many gathering areas and a great view of the golf course and the rooms were a perfect combination of bedding needs for our family. 10/10 across the board!

Beyond my expectations

As an individual that has travelled the world and many with my entire family. This trip,even thought short, was in my opinion and all of my family’s .. a wonderful vacation. The reason was several fold. 1. Casa de Campo 2. The beautiful villa 3. Professional manager who made it very easy to navigate the stay 4. But mostly, a warm, accommodating and professional staff. Our stay was excellent and as advertised. Hilda was a great host/administrator. The communication in advance was excellent. The transportation to/from the airport was on time and efficient. The golf cart rental was perfect. The location of the home is central to the Beach, Hotel, Golf and Altos. Internet was strong and worked well. The staff was great. Ivan and his team were very welcoming and breakfast every morning was fantastic. The pool and hot tub were perfect for family of four and could handle even more. Overall, a great spot for a family vacation. We would love to come back.

Great for families

Hilda was a great host. She helped me organize everything (golf karts rental, grocery shopping before we hot there, airport transfers). The house is one of a kind right on the golf course. To us the backyard area was the best in the house to drink your coffee in the morning and hear the birds. The kids were running around the whole property since everything is open. The staff was top notch. Ivan was amazing he was always there making sure all our needs were satisfied. He is in charged of the property helping setting the tables and helping while you eat in case you need anything. Sileni is the cook which she was amazing. We had a great time and defined go back

Winter Get Away

My wife and I spent 5 weeks at Hilda's villa in Casa de Campo in Jan/Feb 2023. During our stay, we had a total of 15 family members join us at various times over our 5 week stay. The Villa is spacious and provides a lovely combination of indoor and outdoor living spaces. The pool and hot tub are nicely integrated into the outdoor living flow. Hilda was incredibly helpful in the planning of our trip and once we arrived her on site staff of Ivan and Sileni were an absolute delight who catered to our every need. It was a great trip and the weather was perfect. The resort golf, restaurants, beach, and other amenities are excellent. If you are looking for a winter get away (we were) and want to bring lots of folks along to keep you company.......you should give Casa de Campo and Hilda a call. I think you'll be glad you did.

Best Family Vacation Ever

Our stay at Hilda's Villa was perfect. Hilda, the owner was very attentive & communicative and made the whole process of renting very easy. Seleni and Ivan are incredible and made our stay very special. Seleni is a wonderful cook and she made some special Dominican dishes that we requested for the New Year holiday. Ivan is so sweet and pleasant. He brought me coffee every morning before breakfast (ahhhh, I miss that now). The layout of the house is perfect for families. It is very clean and lovingly decorated. We dined outside by the pool for breakfast and in the beautiful living/dining area for dinner. We loved our meals at home much more than our meals out. On New Year's Eve, we sat in the hot tub and watched the fire works. All in all our stay at HIlda's villa was a very special vacation and we look forward to returning one day.
