Casa Salva is a village house, restored and converted into an accommodation where you can enjoy the tranquillity of the rural world with all kinds of comforts. The rural house is built with original materials of the area such as stone and wood, finally achieving a rustic and rural atmosphere typical of these lands of the mountains of Salamanca. Our guests can relax by reading a book by the fireplace or they can spend a romantic evening contemplating the stars from the garden or relax in the whirlpool bath without leaving the room. At Casa Salva everything is designed so that our guests - our friends - spend a few dreamy days in La Rinconada de la Sierra, a small village of less than 100 inhabitants located at an altitude of about a thousand metres on the north side of the Sierra de Francia (specifically in the Sierra de La Quilama). Less than half an hour from La Alberca, La Peña de Francia and Mogarraz, essential visits along with the natural park of Las Batuecas on the route of the Sierra de Francia. To the north is the provincial capital, Salamanca, about 45 minutes away. Another recommended visit is Ciudad Rodrigo, the walled city, or the Arribes del Duero, with its beautiful and grandiose reservoirs (boat trips included). The area has a great wealth of landscapes: from the pastures of the Campo Charro to the mountains, valleys and hills of the Sierra de Francia. In this area you can enjoy typical customs such as the slaughter days in Guijuelo and La Alberca (in the winter months). For lovers of skiing and snowboarding there is the ski resort of La Covatilla in the Sierra de Béjar. In the mountains of the village where Casa Salva is located you can enjoy picnic areas (El Carrero, mountain hike), a multitude of trails (route to the Cueva de la Mora or Pico Cervero) and natural pools at more than 1200 m (El Carrero and La Bastida).
This accommodation consists of a rural house for full rental for up to 16 people with excellent views of the Sierra de Francia. - Nine rooms decorated in a rustic style with brick, wood and clay. One of them has a television and a bathroom with hydro-massage bath (chromotherapy, 6 water jets and 12 air jets), shower and double basin. All rooms have bed linen (sheets and blankets) and towels for all guests. Cots and high chairs are available for babies. Triple rooms are available. - Full kitchen (kitchenware, cutlery, toaster, coffee maker, etc), dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and ceramic hob. - Living room on two levels decorated with brick and wood with fireplace and flat screen TV (Smart TV). - Four complete bathrooms (towels, hairdryer and shower/bath). - On the terrace of the cottage there is a wooden table and bench, a place where breakfast, lunch or dinner are made special.

Consists of two double bedrooms, one single (or double with two beds) and bathroom. - Ground floor with direct access to the garden. Consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin, kitchen-dining room with breakfast bar, fireplace and bathroom. The three floors are connected by an interior staircase. The prices are different depending on whether you book for up to 8, 9-12 or 13-16 people. In any case the rentals are not shared and the house and all its facilities (garden with swimming pool) are rented privately. There is a total of 16 beds. The house is heated throughout the building. In the coldest periods we offer firewood for the fireplace and barbecue. We offer quality, information and good treatment to our clients. There is a free, enclosed and easily accessible parking area for three or four cars. There is free broadband internet connection via WiFi. The owners are available 24 hours a day for any questions related to the house or surroundings. Take the opportunity to have a real rural experience learning about life in a small village in the Sierra de Francia.
