The villa "Les Lauriers" is a charming house of 100 m² located within the grounds of an 18th century castle.

The city is ideally located between Narbonne and its beaches and the city of Carcassonne.
This recent villa is built in the park of the Castle in the middle of a landscaped garden, populated by olive and laurel trees, for nature lovers.
It provides a calm and warm atmosphere to make your stay in Cathar country, an unforgettable moment.
Quality services and careful decoration allow you to relax and let yourself be lulled by the sweetness of living in Cathar country, the time of a dream stay in the South West of France.
You can also enjoy in addition to the private pool of the villa of 3 x 5 m, a common swimming pool of 3 x 25 m with a view of the castle.
The villa is the start of vineyard trails and pleasant walks along the Canal du Midi (pedestrian or mountain bike).
This village has all the amenities and offers various entertainment during the summer.


Description of the villa
This mansion comprises, on the ground floor, a living room bathed in light, opening onto the terrace, offering a view of the garden and the private swimming pool (3-5-1.5m). This carefully landscaped garden has an electric barbecue, deckchairs, garden table and chairs and canisses guaranteeing meals sheltered from the sun.
The living space
The living room consists of a kitchen open to the living room and the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, 4 induction hobs, extractor, oven & built-in microwave. You will also find small appliances such as a toaster, an electric kettle or a coffee machine. The living room is equipped with a 80 cm flat screen TV. A picture window overlooks the private garden. The accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning and wifi.
The rooms
All the refined and comfortable rooms invite you to rest and tranquility.
Adjoining the living room, there is the master suite with a double bed 1. 60 - 2 m with bathroom and access to the terrace and private garden.
Upstairs we find a first bedroom with a double bed 1. 60 - 2 m and view of the private pool. The second bedroom has two single beds of 0. 80 - 2 m. A magnificent view overlooks the swimming lane. The upstairs bathroom is shared by the two bedrooms.
