The main floor of the executive home is host to a large chefs gourmet kitchen with new top of the line appliances and a coffee and juice bar.

The large dining area will seat 10 comfortably overlooking the beautiful pool and putting green.

The large living area features a huge new wrap around couch and 85” 4K, Smart TV, with Netflix, You Tube, Prime etc. included. Top off the experience with a great surround sound system, shut the barn doors for complete surround sound experience. Xbox included with games for excellent gaming experience.

The custom walk up bar is also able to view the large 70" TV.

The kitchen and eating area are open to the family room or may be closed off by shutting the custom barn doors.

The Fred Wolff Bear Creek Nature Preserve is a short drive or bike ride away. The majestic Santa Rosa Mountains are literally at the foot of the Preserve.
