The Experience Inside, soaring 14’ ceilings and clerestory windows flood the great room with desert light, creating an inviting atmosphere for movie nights or game-day gatherings around the big-screen TV. A spacious, open-concept kitchen makes group dining a breeze, while each bedroom offers privacy with its own ensuite bathroom, workspace, and walk-in marble shower.
Outdoors, your private resort awaits. Lounge by the pool, soak in the spa, or enjoy the putting green, fire pit, and expansive backyard built for group fun. Ceiling fans and heaters keep the outdoor living room comfortable year-round, while the BBQ and full outdoor kitchen make al fresco dining a highlight of your stay. There is also a 75” outdoor TV for added entertainment.

Home Truths: - Please be aware that during festivals like Coachella, although the Villas are within walking distance of the polo grounds, road closures and specific access points can extend the walking distance to the festival entrance to approximately 1.4 miles. While some guests choose to walk and walking is possible, we strongly recommend purchasing golf cart services for easier access. - This home allows pets for a fee. Any undisclosed pets brought in without AvantStay’s approval will result in a $500 fine per pet. Please note that the backyard gates are wide enough for a small dog to get through, so we recommend supervising pets when outdoors. - Kindly be aware that while the home's backyard has foliage and landscaping designed to ensure privacy from Madison Street, guests may still encounter occasional noise from passing traffic. - Pool heat is available at this home at an extra cost and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. Spa Heat is complimentary for guests. - Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st. - Our desert pools are heated to a maximum temperature of 86 degrees. Please note that we do not exceed this temperature for pool heating. - 2 twin rollaway beds with pillows and bedding can be provided upon request and are included as part of your nightly rate. - The Murphy bed available in our Media room can be prepared ahead of your arrival upon request. Once installed by our local team, the bed is not designed to be moved by guests. You won't be able to raise or lower the bed yourself during your stay. - Home is fully stocked with a coffee machine, coffee, laundry detergent, indoor and outdoor towels, kitchen cookware, Brita water filter, first-aid kit, hair dryers, and toiletries. - During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this. - A rod iron pool fence w/gate can be requested through concierge. Request requires at least one week in advance to confirm availability with local vendor. Guests should budget approximately $850, depending on pool size and logistics. - All furniture and household items must remain where placed. If you need to rearrange, please return items afterward or contact our Concierge. Unauthorized movement may result in a reset fee.

The concierge services are provided by a local, third-party service that the managing host is assisting to arrange and are not affiliated with the property owner. By booking any of the available add-ons, the renter understands that they are not affiliated with the property owner, and the guest/renter agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owner for any and all claims related to any third-party activities.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
