The fully amenitized chef's kitchen and open floor plan are perfect for entertaining groups, and all balconies and patios feature private electric grills and patio tables to enjoy cooking and dining outdoors.

The living room as well as the master bedroom open through charming french doors onto a tranquil patio, where the aromas of surrounding bougainvillea and glowing palm trees complement romantic evenings of al fresco dining or wine tasting under a canopy of stars. The king master suite contains en suite bathroom with deep soaking tub and stall shower with floor to ceiling tile. Additional features include Hi-Speed WiFi, HBO, Showtime, Smart TVs, ceiling fans, built-in washer/dryer, and two fireplaces. With all this comfort, you'll never want to leave your villa.

Guest Access
For those able to pry themselves from the villa, the swimming options abound with 12 salt water pools and 11 relaxing Jacuzzis, including two lap pools, and the ultimate family pool and play area with its beach-like entry, splash fountains and resort cabanas (free of charge). The inviting hammock garden, outdoor fireside lounge area, poolside Cafe, social room, and state of the art fitness facility round out the spectacular 10,000 sq.ft. Clubhouse at the heart of the resort.

Other things to Note
Main Renter booking the Villa must be 21 or older, and must be occupying the property booked for the entire stay.

House Rules
No smoking and no pets without prior consent of owner. Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent. For Coachella/Stagecoach, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival.

Interaction with Guests
Our full time manager is available to help resolve any issues or greet the guests upon arrival, if requested.
