This single story lock off condo is fully furnished, gas fireplace and a private patio. The resort also includes a clubhouse, Gym,12 pools, 11 spas, 19 fountains, a hammock garden, outdoor fireplaces, trail, etc.

The resort is great - salt water pools staff around the villas.The place itself deserves 0*.We travel all the time and have NEVER left a negative review. Not once. This is the very first one.We believe in resolving issues with the hosts - in case anything goes wrong.This host never even acknowledged our message letting her know this was the worst experience we've ever had. Disgustingly dirty: - every single item in the kitchen including the dishes/ appliances- thick layers of dust on ceiling fans and behind nightstands - with an old sock that looked like it was left there probably a decade agoMalfunctioning appliances - my wife got a scar on her wrist - she was taking a baking sheet out of the oven as its handle broke off and was left hanging on one side only- dishwasher gets hot but doesn’t clean anything - washer ruined several clothing items even on Delicate cycleWalls thin as paper- this condo is connected to 2 other units, only separated by a door on each side- we could hear the whole conversations/ TV/ music as if these other guests were in the room with usThe Worst WiFi connection ever- kept losing connection impossible to work; had to go to main building- door lock only working half the time since connected to the weak WiFi- it’s connected to the thermostat - woke up one morning and we couldn’t change it; were freezing for hours trying to get a hold of the hostMany many more issues - these are just the most important ones.

Countertop oven.
Oven handle that broke as my wife was taking out a sheet and caused her burn.

Disappointed

Bed seemed old, & saggy at bottom. Squishy/ no support. Needs to be replaced. BR has no dresser, had to live out of luggage on floor. Bathroom small & nowhere to put toiletries. Bath/shower was like 2 feet deep with shower door so very hard to access. Wasn't as represented & needs some deep cleaning & could benefit from updates. Expected more for the high cost per night.

Great place with everything near.

The place was clean and orderly. I planned for 3 nights but only ended up staying one night on the first night as I was invited to stay at the main house of the wedding I was going to. Owners were quick with responses and everything was clear. I’d rent this place again anyway.

Awesome resort and great unit!

Absolutely love this resort, and this unit is great. Good location, private, close to pools and short walk to club house and main pool. The only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars is it was a bit dusty in areas. Overall not terrible, but it could use a deep clean. Dust on some cabinets, fans, few cobwebs. But generally good and we certainly didn't feel it was a major problem. We would definitely stay here again! Host has good communication, check in was a breeze, the security gate attendant was expecting our arrival.

Beautiful property!

The only complaint about this property was our time was too short! The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, location was perfect, very quiet space! Can’t wait to return for a longer stay!!

Had a fabulous time. If I could change one thing. It would be to have better soundproof doors thatconnect to units B and C. We could hear the guests in the unit chopping breakfast at 6am and talking at midnight

Wonderful!

We had a lovely time here in Legacy! The property was perfectly maintained and had everything we needed. It was clean, spacious and great location to the main pool. Would highly recommend - we can’t wait to rent again!

Wow! Look no more. You want to stay here!!!!

Luxury, scenic, quiet, visual appeal….that was Legacy Villas for us. A few minor housekeeping issues were resolved quickly using the communication portal. The pools, ahhhhhh. 14 to choose from. However Our” pool was a designated lap pool ~ with a painted stripe on the pool bottom to guide you. It was far longer than the other community pools. Tailor made for me! Great location~easy to head to Joshua Tree or the other direction ~into Palm Desert or Palm Springs.

Great resort/average unit

I should have read the reviews first. This is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom villa. The other two master suites are connected but have their own entrances and are locked out of this main unit. But the walls are thin (they’re part of the original villa). This unit has the kitchen and living room, plus a bedroom and bathroom. It’s kind of weird having other people in those adjoining rooms. My biggest frustration was that there was no place to put our luggage. No dresser to unpack into. No luggage rack to get the suitcases off the floor. Also, the furniture is older and shows wear. But Legacy Villas is such a fantastic resort! This was our second time staying there, and we love it. I’m not sure I will book this style of villa in the future, because of the adjoining rooms. The owner was easy to work with.

Perfect oasis to relax

I spent 4 nights just relaxing by myself in this beautiful spot. The condo was pretty, clean & very comfortable. The tub was big enough to take a bath & the shower had great water pressure. I never left the condo except to go to the pool & hot tub which was a short 1 block walk away. Corner unit so very private with a lovely secluded patio. Only drawback was that the walls are thin so if there are people in the other 2 units, you can hear everything.

Convenient but wouldn’t return

The space was clean and fine for one night since we wanted to be close to friends in property. That said, I feel the listing is inaccurate. This is a 3-bedroom villa. The owners rent out the main area (kitchen, living, 1 bedroom & bath) while staying in the other bedrooms. We could see their lights on under the doors and hear their conversations & TV. Not what I expected for the price (with fees and cleaning). As well, the toilet ran all the time, the shower was off track and door handle missing. Several spots on the walls were scraped up and the shutter doors to the laundry were missing/uneven? This would be a perfect rental if it was for the entire place and those few items fixed/adjusted. It would also be nice to have access to beach towels.
