Rancho Chillon, a newly-renovated pool spa home is perfect for family vacations, couples getaways, and celebrating special occassions. Just 4.5 miles from Coachella and Stagecoach. Conveniently located to many things to do and see, entertainment, shopping and attractions. Nearby you'll find speciality food markets, music and art festivals, restaurants, bars, great hiking trails, fun bike routes, golf, tennis, casinos, spas and waterparks.

Also just a short drive away, El Paseo in Palm Desert the Rodeo Drive of the valley, Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage.

The Space:
Located in a safe, peaceful neighborhood, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath modern, luxury ranch-style home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably and is set-up for entertaining and total relaxation. AN ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE OF $40 PP PER NIGHT WILL APPLY TO GROUPS ABOVE 6.

Step outside the master bedroom suite or living/great room/dining area to a beautifully designed, private backyard and take a dip in the custom pool and cascade waterfall spa. Enjoy a serene outdoor retreat under the desert sky with awe-inspiring views of the surrounding vistas. A perfect space for relaxing and making memories with family and friends that offers a large BBQ, lots of comfortable seating, yoga mats, pool noodles and outdoor music.

The home is equipped with WiFi and two flat screens ready for streaming Smart TV, Amazon and Hulu, or login in to your personal Netflix account to watch your favorite shows and movies.

Enjoy a highly-functional kitchen with ample cabinetry, counter space, modern stainless steel appliances, roomy refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Dishware, pans and utensils are all provided for preparing a quick meal or gourmet dinner.

The living/great room area is tastefully furnished with a comfortable sofa, chairs and upholstered ottomans, a bistro table and chairs plus two additional leather counter stools to accomodate plenty of seating for guests. There is a flat screen TV and a bar cart for mixing your favorite cocktails and mocktails. The formal dining room has a charming rustic, ranch-style dining table that seats 6 guests comfortably with glass french doors that open to the outdoor space for indoor/outdoor entertaining.

The large master suite designed with details and finishes combines comfort and luxury with a Cal-King bed dressed with quality linens, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, and a separate workspace for your laptop furnished with a desk and chair. The master ensuite bath is modern and boasts a large jacuzzi tub, shower and vanity, lots of storage, exceptional lighting, and a dedicated mini fridge just steps away from the bed for keeping cold drinks, creamer or milk--or a chilled bottle of champagne for your morning mimosa.

High-quality linens, blankets and pillows are provided for all bedding. All bathrooms are supplied with towels, soap and toilet paper.

Bedroom 2 has a full bed.
Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bath with shower and ample storage.
2 additional beds can be provided upon request.

The laundry area has a washer, dryer, counter space and organized shelving.

Guest Access:
- Check-in time after 3:00 pm.
- Check-out time by 10am.
- Keyless entry self-checkin. Instructions and code will be provided to guests before check-in.
- Guests have full access to the home and outdoor space.

Other Things to Note:
- The garage is NOT accessible and is not included in rental.
- Free parking on premises in the driveway. There is also plenty of street parking.
- The pool and spa are NOT HEATED. Both run on propane, not natural gas.
- Enjoy the pool and spa UNHEATED, or if you wish to HEAT the water an ADDITIONAL CHARGE $150 per day will apply. 48 hour advance request needed.

House Rules:
- Please be mindful and responsible of taking care of the property and home furnishings.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside the home.
- Smoking is permitted OUTDOORS ONLY (please use ashtrays provided on each outdoor table).
- DO NOT put cigarettes out on the artificial turf outside. Cigarettes will burn and cause damage to the turf, or start a fire. If cigarette butts are found in the lawn or surrounding landscape, 100% of your DEPOSIT will be FORFEITED. NO IFs, ANDs or BUTTs.
- NO Pets are allowed in the home or on the property.
- NO excessive or unreasonable noise beyond what is normally acceptable.

Pool Rules:
- ABSOLUTELY NO wine glasses, NO glass bottles, NO glass of any kind at or around the pool. ANY BROKEN GLASS discovered after check-out will result in 100% of your DEPOSIT FORFEITED to cover the cost of draining and refilling the pool and spa with clean, glass-free water.
- DO NOT USE indoor bath towels outdoors. Pool towels are provided outside in baskets for your use. Please return pool towels to baskets at the end of your stay.
- If guests choose to HEAT the pool and spa, there is an ADDITIONAL CHARGE $150 per day.
- We ask guests not to heat the pool above 85 degrees, and the spa above 100.

AT THE END OF YOUR STAY PLEASE...
- Leave the property in clean, undamaged condition as rented.
- Turn OFF the A/C and ALL lights.
- Secure the home by closing and locking ALL windows and doors.
- REMOVE and DISPOSE of ALL trash from the home (trash cans are located on the side of the property accessible from the backyard).
- Wash ALL glassware, dishware, utensils and pans.
