Important: The property offers convenient parking options, including a 2-car garage and space for 2 vehicles in the driveway. You must present a valid Photo ID at the guard station to be granted entry. Any names who have not been registered will NOT be granted entry. Street parking is prohibited. All guests must display the provided parking pass on their vehicle dashboard while parked at the property to avoid citations, for which guests will be fully responsible. Blocking or parking on the driveway is prohibited and you may be fined. Sprinter/Cargo vans of any kind regardless of size, as well as any campers, RVs, motorhomes, trailers, truck tents, commercial vehicles, and RV tents are not allowed. Oversized vehicles that do not fit entirely within the garage or driveway line are not permitted, and parking on sidewalks, common areas, or facing against the direction of traffic is also prohibited. These regulations are actively monitored by community security, and violations may result in fines, tickets, or towing without warning. The registered Licensee is responsible for all fines incurred.

INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME: The property will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponges, hand soap, dish soap, and toilet paper. The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the maximum occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo and conditioner. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with a washer, dryer, and iron.

Signature at PGA WEST is a guarded gated community, and your group will be provided access for your stay. Located a few minutes from the private residence is access to the community clubhouse, which includes a resort-style pool, hot tub, outdoor living/BBQ area, gym fitness center, and shuffleboard. The community pool & hot tub are heated from October to May.

We are minutes from PGA West with five public courses to choose from, as well as SilverRock Resort, an Arnold Palmer Classic Course, another terrific local option. In January, you can walk to the Stadium course to watch the pros play in The American Express Golf Tournament.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. Issuing the code before arrival makes the check-in process much easier.
WHAT ARE THE COMMUNITY CLUB & POOL HOURS? ARE THEY HEATED? Clubhouse hours: 5:30 am – 10 pm. The community pool & hot tub are heated from October to May.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee. Service animals are permitted, and the fee is waived for such situations (however the animal is never permitted to be in the unit alone if it is a service animal). Please note we do not allow any pets other than dogs.
SMOKING POLICY? Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only. No smoking is permitted inside the home or near doors, windows, or any interior spaces. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Any smoking violations may result in additional fines, extra cleaning charges, and potential loss of security deposit.
Signature PGA West Community Rules: 1) The City of La Quinta & Signature PGA West has a quiet hour ordinance (10 pm – 8 am). 2) No more than 2 vehicles per home unit may be parked on the street at any time during the hours of 12 am – 7 am. 3) No trailer, camper, mobile home, commercial vehicle, truck (other than a standard-size pick-up truck), boat, or inoperable vehicle will be allowed in the community.
House Notes: During the hot summer nights, it's possible to encounter some gentle insects such as crickets, etc.. Rest assured, our property undergoes regular pest control treatments, though a few may still make an appearance. To ensure the upkeep of our surroundings, our diligent pool maintenance and landscaping team may visit the property during the week for service. Your comfort is important, and we strive to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for your stay.
We've positioned security cameras outside, with one to the right of the front entrance and another in the corner of the backyard, to enhance safety during your stay. Moreover, there's a noise monitoring device in the living room to ensure adherence to local noise regulations during quiet hours.

AMEX Golf Tournament: From mid-December to late-January, the American Express Golf Tournament will be setting up for its annual event on the golf course adjacent to our property. This means that there may be obstructions and limited visibility of the golf course/driving range during this period.
Please be aware that our vacation rental property is located near a golf course. We want to inform our guests that we have no control over and are not responsible for any renovations, maintenance, or construction activities that may occur on the golf course during your stay. These activities are managed solely by the golf course administration and may result in noise, changes in landscape, or restricted access to certain areas.
