We’re perfectly located, less than a 10 minute drive to luxury shopping and dining at El Paseo in Palm Desert, 40 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park, and just a short drive away from the Empire Polo Club. The community club house with an olympic size pool, spa, grill, gym and entertainment areas are just steps away.

Cancellation & Processing Fees If you choose to cancel your reservation, our standard cancellation policy will apply. In addition, please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable. As a result, 4% of the total amount paid will not be returned, since these fees are incurred for accepting payments through our payment processing service.

This home has been professionally designed and includes an 75 inch TV in the living room and high speed WiFi.
Good lighting w/ plenty of windows for your video conference calls and `work trips`. Second and third bedrooms feature queen beds with closets and dressers. The bonus room features two futon couches, another large TV, and a desk. Ernies bar and grill at the main clubhouse is just a short walk away. Bedroom 4 is a spacious bedroom featuring a comfortable Queen bed with quality linens. Designed for a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring

House Supplies:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.
Other Items:
The property is equipped with a plenty of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There is also a fully equipped laundry rooms with a washer and dryer.
Guests will have full access to the home and community amenities within operating hours. If you have guests please make sure we know ahead of time so we can give them access to the gate.
Please follow all rules and regulations when it comes to checking in, the pool, and general house rules.
1. All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit, which is due within 72 hours of booking. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. PLEASE NOTE: if you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.
*Any cancellations during festival season will abide by the cancellation rules. There will be no exceptions.
2. There are security cameras on the perimeter of the house, they are all motion activated
3. Up to 2 pets allowed per stay. Pet fees will be collected after booking and are $175 per pet per stay.
4. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, if you break this rule it’s a $5,000 fine.
5. PARKING: Can park 2 cars in the garage, all additional cars must use the guest parking Please note: guest parking is available directly across from garages and in marked spots along the street.
6. POOL & SPA: There is no private pool and hot tub, you can use the community amenities which are walking distance away.
7. Do not exceed the number of guests on your reservation at any time during your stay. If you exceed the number of guests, you will be charged an additional fee.
If you have more than 6 guests, there will be $5 per guest, per night, with a maximum of 10 guests at any time
8. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement contract and provide the names of ALL DRIVERS, so you can get through security.
11. Smoking is not permitted on the property. This is a non-smoking, non vaping house. Smoking will result in a fine as well as cost to remove the smell.
HOA Rules & Fines Guests must follow all HOA rules, including parking, noise, and speed limits. Any fines issued by the HOA due to guest actions are the guest’s responsibility. The guest agrees that fines may be collected through the booking platform’s Resolution Center or any method permitted by the platform.
During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.
DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.

Great house in a great location
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house in PGA West. The location was great. Close to golf, hiking, restaurants, etc. Joshua Tree was only an hour away. The house was a great set up for our family. Plenty of hang out space, rooms for everyone and all the amenities you could ask for. The community has a great pool, hot tub and gym a few steps from the unit.
