Guest Access:
Prior to arrival, Occupant will receive access codes to electronic door locks and/or lock boxes containing keys to the Premises. The Premises may contain common area keys/cards and remote control device(s) for garage door/gate openers that are the responsibility of the Occupant. Occupant shall pay all costs and charges related to the loss of any keys or opening devices.

Situated within Legacy Villas in La Quinta, this vacation villa is part of a sprawling community of 280 upscale condominiums and townhouses. Set against the scenic backdrop of the Santa Rosa and Chocolate mountains, Legacy Villas offers spectacular vistas from every corner. Guests can indulge in 12 saltwater pools and hot tubs, maintain their fitness regimen at the gym, and enjoy communal barbecues and a clubhouse. Ensuring a peaceful stay, the community is gated and maintains 24-hour manned security. It's a mere 5-10 minute stroll to La Quinta Resort, and a brief drive introduces you to Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the Indio Polo Grounds, and many other desert treasures.

Palm Springs International Airport is a 20-45 minute drive from most desert locations and Ontario and Los Angeles International Airport can be used as alternatives for air travel. Interstate 10 runs through the northern side of the Coachella Valley providing access to all desert cities from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego to the west and Phoenix and Las Vegas to the east and north. A car is recommended for any extended stay in the area.
