For Monthly renters, utilities are charged upon consumption. A utilities deposit of $3,000 will be held on guests' credit card. Consumption charges are billed at the per diem rate from the current utilities cost, without mark-up. Owners will provide utilities bill to guest showing total guest consumption and rates to be paid.
