▪️We hold a security deposit during your stay, which will be fully refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages to the property.

▪️ Pool heating is available for an additional fee. To have the pool ready and warm for your arrival, please notify us in advance so we can confirm availability and pricing. Depending on the request, additional fees may apply, and heating at the standard rate cannot always be guaranteed.
▪️ We’d like to set your expectations that the pool temperature will be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heater reaches its limit and is unable to overcome the weather.
▪️ Please note that there is no safety fence around the pool. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
▪️ Surveillance or recording devices on property. Video recording devices only monitor the exterior of the home. The cameras are located around the garage/driveway and front door entrance.

▪️ Unregistered guests are not allowed.
▪️Strictly no pets (including ESA) allowed. Host should be informed if you have a service animal.
▪️ No smoking inside the property.
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not damage or take anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including, but not limited to: adhering to check-in/out time, completing check-out tasks, parking, etc.
▪️Pre-check-in requirements must be completed before arrival. Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, submit a valid government-issued photo ID, and authorize the security deposit through our secure third-party platform (ChargeAutomation). Check-in instructions and property access will only be provided after the verification process has been successfully completed. Failure to complete these requirements before check-in will result in denied access, and the reservation will not be eligible for a refund (according to cancellation policy). The security deposit will only be charged/captured if damages, missing items, or house rule violations are identified during the post-stay inspection.
