Welcome to DESERT VILLA! A great relaxing place to get away from it all. This huge desert villa has 4 bedrooms and a large pool in a large enclosed yard. The house is set in a private setting with modern decor and has beautiful mountain views. There are multiple lounging areas. House is only a 5-minute drive to Coachella/ Stage Coach Festivals and Polo Fields. A few blocks away are endless hiking and biking trails. See additional FEES for PETS and POOL HEATING.
It’s not a PARTY HOUSE. City has strict ordinance about loud music/ voices/amplified speakers and will issues fines for violation are $1000+ issued to guests resulting in eviction of guests. Pool heating fee (up to 84 degrees from 9AM-7PM):
May-Oct: Not needed as it’s pretty warm. $65 first day and $35 per day after that.
Nov-April: $110 first day and $60 per day after that.
We are on Propane here costs are significantly high for that especially in winter. We are just passing on the costs( no mark up) to guests. Pool heating up to a reasonable temperature of 83-85 degrees takes about 12-18 hours in winter and 10-12 hours in warmer months. Pool use: No diving, jumping, rough play or running around pool allowed.

By accepting this rental through VRBO, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of pool for you and your guests. You are also releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.
You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool involves certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area.
