Welcome to beautiful Desert House with Pool and Mountain Views! Ideal place for hikers, bikers, golfers, Coachella-Stagecoach music festival goers, Indian Wells Tennis and Pickle ball enthusiasts.
3 Bedrooms/2 Baths. Sleeps 6 adults.
All Bedrooms have a King Size Beds.
2-Sofas ( sofa beds).
Washer and Dryer inside.
Tile Throughout
Just blocks from Biking and Hiking Trails and few minutes drive to popular Music Festivals.
Wi-Fi, 60 Inch TV, BT Sound system
Multiple Lounging and Entertainment Areas. It’s not a PARTY HOUSE. City has strict ordinance about loud music/ voices/amplified speakers and have fines for violation are $1000+ issued to guests. Please inform us in ADVANCE if you plan on HEATING the POOL and are bringing a pet. Additional FEES will apply. $75 per dog for up to max. 2 dogs. Guests are financially responsible for any heating costs for the pool (up to 84 degrees from 9AM-7PM). First day is $110 after that $60 per day (November-April), $75 startup fee plus a daily fee of $35 (May-October), you won’t need heating during those months:)Pool startup heating up to a reasonable temperature of 82-84 degrees takes about 12 to 18hours in winter and 8-12 hours in warmer months. Temperatures are kept below 80 in the night. Pool use: No diving, jumping, rough play or running around pool allowed.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
By accepting this rental through VRBO, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of pool for you and your guests. You are also releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.

You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool involves certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and we will definitely be back! The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It is a well-stocked home and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, comfortable and spacious dining and living room. Bathrooms were nice and clean. We didn't think we needed to heat the pool in October but we were wrong. The host, Anjali, was so kind and responsive and heated the pool for us for a small fee that was well worth it. Now we know! There is a nice hiking/walking area at the end of the neighborhood which we really enjoyed. Thank you for hosting us!

This was our second time staying in a property owned by this owner. They are very accommodating and provide everything to make for a great weekend getaway! There’s more great things about this home than not, but I do wish their lounge chairs did not have any metal (very hot in the desert sun), there was some grass for our dog, and there was a second set of keys…my husband took ours when he left for an early morning golf game, leaving the rest of us at his mercy until he returned, haha! We visit the Palm Desert area frequently and will definitely choose another property owned by Anjali again!

Great desert getaway

We had a lovely, relaxing time in La Quinta. The home is well equipped with anything you could possibly need. The pool is spacious and the outdoor living areas were very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this home to families and friends.

Perfect place to celebrate our 49th Anniversary!

The home was perfect to get away and be alone together. House was clean, a lovely private pool and felt like a place you would want to live in. Well provisioned, comfortable, and everything worked well. Great communication and clear instructions. Will be back.

Great little house!

We had a great time! House is well situated, close to a trail in a nice neighborhood and 10 minutes from downtown La Quinta. Kitchen was well-stocked, loved the King beds - very comfortable. Living room comfortable enough for 4 adults, although there two seater a little bit of a squeeze! Outside furniture and pool was great. We traveled with our dogs, who were happy with the cold tile everywhere as it was quite warm. Anjali was very responsive with any questions I had at all times. Highly recommend.

Comfortable, clean, and relaxing

We really enjoyed our trip! Nice, quiet neighborhood so close to a walking trail at the base of the hills. It was too hot for us to enjoy that but we will definitely check it out on our next visit. Check in and out was so easy. Communication with host was perfect. The home is clean, furnishings are comfortable. Although we did not cook there except for morning bagels, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you would need including some basic spices. The pool area was clean, pool was nice. We even floated in the pool at night to look at the stars. Host recommended some restaurants and we enjoyed her suggestion of Casa Mendoza for Mexican food. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect, Quiet Stay

Desert House was such a lovely place. We stayed for 5 days, the house is a bit older but is well stocked with kitchenware, nice linens, and towels. We would definitely stay here again for the price and convenience. Anjali was a wonderful host!

Great pool house!

We spent 6 weeks here and loved the pool and outside patio with the big kitchen - good for 4 chefs! - super comfortable beds. The owners were very responsive and were determined to make our stay the very best. We will be back next year. Thanks Anjali!

Great spot for festival stay

We had an amazing stay during Power Trip festival. Great property, clean and has absolutely everything you would need! We had an issue with the pool, that was fixed the same day - great communication with the owner, highly recommend.

Weekend family getaway/celebration

My family and i traveled from LA for a relaxing weekend. The house was perfect. The layout allowed for separation and privacy between the groups (my spouse/myself + my sister, her spouse, their baby) and the communal space was plenty big for us to gather together. The pool/lanai was the best part! Location was perfect with trailheads nearby and a park for the baby. We liked that there was offstreet/garage parking and that the house was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. 5/5 stars, would recommend AND stay again for future visits!

Some Pluses some improvements

The home was clean and had all needed items available. it is an open kitchen area, which is nice. We took walks in the morning and evening and the neighborhood is surrounded with beautiful scenery and nice trails. We were disappointed in the comfort of the beds and the house is listed for 6 people and there was only two small love seat size couches and one of the couches was extremely hard and uncomfortable. It was a nice stay, but there could be come improvements.

Great experience!

The house was perfect for our needs! Kitchen well stocked for eating in, beds comfortable, and kids were able to have their own rooms. Location worked for us as we took day trips to LA and Joshua Tree very easily. It was a few minutes from town and people in the neighborhood definitely take quiet hours seriously- it wasn’t an issue for a family trip but definitely wouldn’t work as a party house! The property is perfectly nice, but not so nice you’re constantly nagging your kids, which is priceless when it comes to a relaxing experience. We will definitely return when we need another healthy does of sunshine!
